John has over 40 years of experience as an employee benefit consultant. He has in-depth experience in all areas of employee benefits with the exception of pensions. John has a proven track record bringing labor and management together to achieve mutually satisfactory solutions to benefit plans. He has a well-deserved reputation as a skilled negotiator with insurers.

Anne Clifford, Vice-President and Consultant

Anne has over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits field. During this time, she has worked as a risk manager and an employee benefits consultant. One of Anne's areas of expertise is the financial accounting and self-funding of health, life and disability income plans. Having spent over 21 years with Fickewirth and Associates, Anne understands the unique needs and opportunities of public sector entities and their sponsorship of benefit plans. Anne has worked closely with southern California community college districts, the United Firefighters of Los Angeles City and The Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs.

Mona Rohn, Consultant

Mona has been a part of the Employee Benefits brokerage industry for more than 30 years. She has a full range of employee benefits experience, which includes marketing, sales, service, and administration. Mona has held positions with two of the top brokerage firms in the country. Her broad knowledge enables her to extend superior customer service to our clients.

Elaine Miwa, Consultant

Elaine has over 22 years of experience in the employee benefits field working with both the public and private sectors. Her strength is in contract review, customer service, account management and consulting expertise. Elaine has been with Fickewirth and Associates for 15 years where she has implemented cost savings strategies and developed custom benefit packages for numerous clients. Elaine is also experienced in the self-funding of health, life and short and long term disability income plans.

Tracy Wallace, Senior Account Manager

Tracy has worked in the employee benefits field for over 19 years which includes experience in both human resources and account management. She works with both large public sector and corporate clients. Tracy's expertise includes financial analysis, detailed knowledge of legislation, client relations and coordinating wellness plans and health fairs. She enjoys assisting clients in navigating through employee benefits and keeping an open line of communication to make sure their needs are met.

Jennifer Lincicum, Assistant Account Manager

Prior to joining Fickewirth & Associates, Jennifer held positions at Towers Perrin and QAD, Inc. as an actuarial consultant and financial analyst respectively. Jennifer's areas of expertise include; analyzing renewal rate calculations, RFP processing, plan design comparisons and maintenance and security of Fickewirth client data. Jennifer is also building on her prior experience and becoming an expert on strategy, implementation and measurement for group wellness program initiatives. Jennifer is known for fast and thorough follow through on projects and responsive customer service.

Jim Earley, Graphic and Web Designer

With over 15 years of visual communications experience, both government and corporate, Jim uses the latest technology and graphics programs
to create unique, effective designs and coordinate client communication pieces such as posters, flyers, reports and websites.
